Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all items, excluding parts. Please note the following terms:

1. Parts: All parts are sold as is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. We only warranty parts that are installed by our certified technicians.

2. Receipt Requirement: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. We are not responsible for retaining or providing copies of receipts.

3. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in original, like-new condition with all original packaging and tags. If an item is returned damaged, dirty, used, or in a condition other than new, a partial refund may apply, or the item may be refused.

4. Forms of Payment: We do not accept checks. For your security, we are also unable to process credit card transactions over the phone.

5. Right of Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
