All tools incur a non-refundable diagnostic charge in addition to the labor rates above and apply in cases where the tool is not ultimately repaired and tools for which a warranty claim is attempted and denied.
Labor rates may vary based on tool damage and repair time. Jensen Fasteners will seek customer approval for repairs exceeding 50% of the tool’s MSRP but will proceed with those below that limit unless otherwise requested. Unrepairable tools will be returned unassembled; reassembly incurs full labor charges.
