- Repairs totaling under 50% of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) will proceed automatically unless otherwise requested by the customer.
- Jensen Fasteners, Inc. will obtain customer approval for repairs exceeding 50% of the tool’s MSRP.

- Level 2 ($25): Unrepaired tool is held UNASSEMBLED for pickup.
- Level 3 (FULL Labor): Unrepaired tool is held ASSEMBLED for pickup.
