All tools, except those covered under warranty, incur a non-refundable $25 diagnostic fee in addition to the labor rates listed above.
This applies to tools that may not ultimately be repaired and tools for which a warranty claim was attempted but denied. Labor rates may vary based on tool damage and repair time.
Jensen Fasteners, Inc. will seek customer approval for repairs exceeding 50% of the tool’s MSRP but will proceed with those below unless otherwise requested.
